Show I Final Rites Are Held For Howard Urie Funeral Services were held j Friday, Sept. 18, in the Cedar j Third Ward Chapel for Howard Urie, 46, who died at his home September 15, after an extended illness. Invocation at the services was offered by Glen Dale Anderson. An-derson. Prelude and postlude music was by Mrs. Irene Hyatt. Speakers included John M. Brown, Marvin Crawford and Ru-lan Ru-lan D. Woodbury. Deborah De-I De-I Rose played a piano solo 'Home 1 on the Range." Howard Wood ! rendered a musical number, "Sometime We'll Understand," accompanied by Beth Leigh. Closing Clo-sing prayer was offered by John C. Robb and dedication of the grave by Alex Wiliams. Mr. Urie was a life-long resident resi-dent of Cedar City where he was engaged in livestock and farming. farm-ing. He was associated with the Utah Angus Association and Utah Cattlemen Association, and the Iron Rangers Riding Club. ' He is survived by his mother, Mrs. D. Claude Urie, a brother Dee and the following sisters, , Mrs. Chester (Utah) Barrlck, Mrs. ' I Richard (Phyllis De Rose and 'Mrs. Rulan (Lois) Woodbury. |
