Show High Scores Recordsd In Women's Bowling League Play High scores were the order this past wtvk in the Women's Bowl ing league of Cedar City, but top efforts went to Vivian Parks and Pat Heyborne. Mrs. Parks had, the top game of 222 and Mrs. i Heyborne topped series honors j with a 531. ( In the Queenpins League, Mrs. Parks posted a 528 series for the best eftort in that department ii, that league. Team honors went to Northeast Furniture with a , 623 game and 1657 series. Mei.i-bers Mei.i-bers of the team are Alice Tuck-ett, Tuck-ett, Marian Arns, Fern Urie and 1 Jane Adams. , Mrs. Heyborne posted her 5"! I I series in the Strikette league. She had a 196 game for honors In that department as well. Team 1 honors were divided. Arctic Cir-, cle composed of Alice Tuckett, j Nora Smith, Sharon Wadswortli, Martha Hoyt and Karen Alger had the top series of 2231. A 765' game rolled by Meadow Gold took iionors in single games. Team members ar.- Colleen Nelson, Nel-son, Lillian Barton, Louise Savage, Sa-vage, Velynn Webb and Alice Hickman. In the Alley Katts league, KSUB swept team honors with a 639 game and 1786 series. The team includes Virginia Miller, 1 Dorothy Heap, Marie Memrnott and Lura Stapley. Individual honors went to Genlel Twltchell with a 211 game and 517 series. Thursday Scratch league had Ruth Seegmiller with the top game, a 215 and Lura Stapley with a high series, a 504. Game and series honors for teams went to a trio Including Jerry Berry, Erma DeMille and Lura Stapley with a 516 and 1328, respectively. In the Tuesday Koffee, Dian Cummings had Individual honors with a 189 game and 510 series. Team Three swept team honors with a 587 game and 1708 series. Members of the team are Bonnie Coon, Doris Adams and Dian Cummings. |
