Show Station Attendant Improved Following Accident Lynn Green, local service sta-" tion operator who was critically Injured in a traffic accident Sunday Sun-day morning, is reported to be showing some improvement at present but remains in a serious condition. j He is receiving treatment at the Iron County Hospital for Injuries In-juries received In the accident, including a crushed chest, broken brok-en leg and broken arm. The accident occurred at 7:30 a. m. Sunday when Green, driving driv-ing a light truck, apparently attempted at-tempted to make a left hand turn off High 91 Into his service station at 400 South Main Street and collided with a Continental Trailways bus. The bus and truck crashed almost al-most head on and the mcJtor of the truck was driven back Into the cab. The vehicle was practically prac-tically demolished and considerable consider-able damage was done to the bus. None of the passengers in the bus we"e inlured nor wa the driver, Glenn G. Winn, Las Veaas. The bus was northbound an Green was driving to th service station to onen ud for the dav business when the crash occurred. |
