Show KANARRAVILLE NEWS NOTES Mrs. Hannah DavU Everyone was very happy over the beautiful rain storm we had one day last week, and springlike spring-like weather that followed. Amanda Williams has returned return-ed home after a two weeks visit In Henderson, Nev., with some of her children. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Christen-sen Christen-sen and Mr. Christensen's mother, mo-ther, Mrs. Rosella Christensen, are visiting In Norwalk, Calif., with Dr .and Mrs. Wilford Berry and family. Visitors with Colleen Williams and girls were her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Hastings and husband's hus-band's father, Kenneth Williams, of Las Vegas. Mary Hanna Davis is home from school in Salt Lake City for a few days' visit with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Delile Davis. Francis Williams has returned home after a two months' visit In Boulder City, Nov., with her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs." Sherrill Peterson. Helen Pace of Cedar City was a week end guest at the home of Mary Bauer. Sunday visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Willard Williams was the LeRoy Staplev family of Toquer-ville. Toquer-ville. Opal Williams, B. N. and Cheryl were week end visitors in Las Vegas. Fred Williams is here with his father, Stanley, and grandparents, grandpar-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Noel Williams. Wil-liams. Carma Williams was a busi ness visitor In New Harmony Monday. Sunday visitors with Hanr.li Davis were M: and Mrs. Vivian Prince and family of New Harmony. Har-mony. The Relief Society held a baz-aar, baz-aar, food sale and fishing pond at the church to raise money for Ward maintenance. Miss Verna Reeves and Still-man Still-man Hinteon traveled to Ely, Nevada Ne-vada over the week end to visit Verna's uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Reeves. Visitors in town Sunday from Cedar City were LaDene Walker, Kosie and Susie and her two granddaughters, Lori Kay and Lisa Dawn. Several ward members attended attend-ed vVest Stake Conference in Cedar Ce-dar City Saturday and Sunday. Four of our youngsters sang with the Primary, Christine Cornelius, Cor-nelius, Kathy Davis, Joseph Williams Wil-liams and Jerry Olds. Several people from here attended at-tended the wedding reception Saturday evening at Cedar City for Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Esplln. Mrs. Barbara Williams and family of Las Vegas were here with relatives over the week end. Mr. and Mrs. Devon Reeves and girls of Cedar City spent Saturday Sa-turday here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Reeves. Jennie Williams accompanied her brother Otto Reeves of Cedar Ce-dar City to Panguitch one day last week to visit Otto's daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Eva Dene Francisco, in the hospital there. |
