OCR Text	Show Past Exalted Rulers Of Elks Ceremonies Annual Past Exalted Rulers Night at the Cedar City Elks I,odge will be held Saturday. March 3 at 8 p. m., according to newly elected president of the organiitlon, Ray Lee. During the evening the PERs will conduct the initiation meeting, meet-ing, will present a special program pro-gram in honor of the occasion and the evening will be capped with dancing, le stated. All Elks have been extended an Invitation to attend. Lee succeeds Wayno Jackson as president of the PER organization. organiz-ation. The new secretary-treasurer is Dee Arthur.
