Show NEW HARMONY By Vada Grant Mrs. Lurene P. Taylor and Ash-by Ash-by W. Pace spent several days j last week visiting in Ogden with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Dean II. Hall I made a trip to Henderson, Nov., Wednesday evening to take their daughter Bcrdean, who is doing student teaching there. Mr. and Mrs. Orson Hammond accompanied accompan-ied them. Mrs. Vilo Pearce and Mrs. Fd-na Fd-na Prince visited relatives in Cedar Citv Saturday. Mrs. Dorothy Torr?erson nd children have been here with Mr. and Mrs. Lvle B. Prince. Mr. and Mrs. J. V. Dvis visited vis-ited here with Mr. and Mrs. Tom Pearce the last week end. Sarah I. Grant returned home this week from St. George where she has been the past month working in the L D S T mnln. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Prkhrey spent several days In St. George last week visitinr? their daughter. Mrs. Catherine McBride and children. chil-dren. Svlvia B. Pace spent a week visiting In Boulder City and St. George with relatives. Mrs. Verna K. Pace. Esta Taylor. Tay-lor. .Ray and Terrv Tavlor are visiting in Salt Lake City with relatives. The MIA held "pl.iv nirh'" Tuesday evening. A short pl.iv was presented by each of ihe classes. The Primary children enjoyed a Valentine party Monday afternoon. after-noon. Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon Grant ami daughter Velda and James L. Prince visited friends in St. George Sunday evening. Stake High Councilmen Grant Hunter and Lowell Sherratt of Cedar City visited our ward Sunday, Sun-day, and took up the time in Sacrament meeting. Mrs. Mamie Huntsman was hostess to the Ladies' Sewing Club Thursday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. J. V. Davis of Cedar City visited here Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Pearce. The MIA took a group of young people to St. George Saturday Sat-urday morning for baptismal services ser-vices at the L D S Temple. Mrs. Vada Grant, Mrs. Sylvia Pace, Mrs. Mamie Huntsman, Joan Tace and Claudine Prince attended Primary Preparation meeting Saturday afternoon in Cedar City. Nancy Prince, who has been in Beaver for the past few months, returned home Monday. Mrs. Esta Taylor is in Salmon, Idaho, visiting relatives. |
