Show Metal Trades Class At BAC Tours Industrial Plants Students of the metal trades classes at the Branch Agricultural Agricultur-al college made a tour of industrial indus-trial plants of central and northern north-ern Utah early this week, as a part of the vocational training program at the college. The excursion was made by Kenneth Johnson, Kanab; Clayton Clay-ton Olds, Toquerville; Kent Terry, Beaver; Robert Peterson, Elsin-ore; Elsin-ore; Lynn Parkinson, Pintura; Gary Spencer, Boyd Bladen, and Lloyd Hey borne. Cedar City; Lowell Nilsson, Monroe; Roger Chidester, Richfield; Bud Hansen, Han-sen, Monroe; Myron Creed, Delta and Clair Benson, Parowan. The tour was made under the direction of Prof. Eugene Hardy, and Victor Davis of the Mechanical Mechan-ical Arts Department of the college. col-lege. The Thermoid Western plant in Nephi, Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Co., and Geneva Steel company com-pany operations at Provo, and welding companies, garages, oxygen oxy-gen manufacturing plants and machine shops, were visited by: the students.
