Pr The Cedar City club has pur-, pur-, chased this doll, and each of its 41 members is helping with the. project making clothes, contributing materials, and selling sell-ing tickets. The tickets on this doll will go on sale Thursday, Dec. 18, and may be purchased from any Jay-cee-Ette. The profits will be used in one of the club's worthwhile community projects. Also on Thursday "Saucy" will go on display, dis-play, with her fabulous wardrobe, ward-robe, in the window of Cowley Drug Store. The doll will be given away on Dec. 4, In conjunction with the Junior Chamber of Commerce Com-merce Christmas Lighting activities. acti-vities. Although every Jaycee-Ette has helped in some way with this project, the officers who have taken ta-ken charge are Mrs. Robert Hansen, Han-sen, president; Mrs. Douglas Lunt, vice president; Mrs. Gary Macfarlane, and Mrs. Russell Sevy, board members. |
