Show HEWCfiSTLE Mrs. Mildred TuUis Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Christensen and family left Monday evening for Los Angeles, where Mr. Christensen Christ-ensen has employment. The Young Men's Mutual was reorganized and the new officers sustained Sunday. Otto Fife is the new Superintendent of the Mutual with Russell Christensen and Bruno Biasi as Assistants. The retiring officers are Albert Harrison, Russell Christensen and William Hart. Mrs. Melvin Hulet and son Kenneth Ken-neth left Monday morning for Salt Lake City to consult a specialist spec-ialist about Kenneth's eye. Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Christensen Christen-sen left last week with the College Col-lege of Southern Utah Excursion for a trip into Mexico. Dr. and Mrs. Rex R. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Harrison and children from Glendora, California Cal-ifornia are visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Knell. Mrs. William Seegmiller of Salt Lake City is visiting with her son - in - law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Whitelaw. A. B. Larson and son of Las Vegas were visitors at our church services Sunday of last week. Mr. Larson was band instructor at the Cedar City High School for many years. He spends part of the summer operating his farm in the Beryl area. Little Robert Reeve celebrated his eighth birthday Saturday and entertained his friends at a wei-ner wei-ner roast In Pinto Canyon. Mr. and Mrs. Stirling Tullis attended at-tended the High Priests quorum party in Enterprise Saturday evening. |
