Show PROVO WILL ENTERTAIN CO. INTERCHURCH : CONFERENCE -. ' - Four Counties Will Join in Inter-; Inter-; church World Conference Here - April 13. , Plans are being worked out for an Interchurch World conference to be held in this city Tuesday, April 13, according to Assistant State Director I.' H. Masters. The program and details de-tails of this conference was arraigned by the state secretary of the Interchurch Inter-church World Movement, A. G. Alderman Alder-man of Salt Lake City. Four counties will send delegates to this city to participate par-ticipate in this inspirational meeting which will probably, be, held in the Community church unless it is deemed necessary to have a larger hall. Some of the biggest preachers in the state will be held on one of the county conference teams to address the sessions ses-sions of the conference. . , Rev. E. V. Kuhns, pastor of the Provo Community church, is arrang-in arrang-in gto look after the large number of delegates which are expected to attend at-tend this conference and several committees com-mittees are busy planning for the event. The Interchurch World Movement Move-ment has completed a survey of the majority of the counties in Utah with regard to church membership and attendance. at-tendance. The plan is to definitely check up every individual in the cities and if they are not attending church or are affiliated with any religious organization or-ganization to persuade them to do so if possible. Starting next week an evangelistic campaign will be put on all over the nation to definitely line people up with some religious denomination. denomi-nation. O. A. Spear, R. H. Beesley, Prof. Geo. W. Fitzroy, W. T. Brickey, L. A. Culbertson and J. W. Lierly are all co-operating with Rev. Kuhns in this work. . State Director L. A. Garrison has appointed Rev. Wildman Murphy county coun-ty director for Utah county and he will be present together with a large delegation from his church in Payson. |
