Show Proclamation WHEREAS .seventy million men, women and children in Russia have been robbed of th( ir clothing by Nazi Invaders, and whereas the Utah State Co:nmiite? for Russian War Relief is conducting a state wide "Clothing for Russia" campaign cam-paign to secure desrerat;ly needed need-ed clean clothes and unbroken shoes for the impoverished men, women and children of our valiant ally. Now therefore, I, Henry H. Lunt, as Mayor of Cedar City, Utah, du hen by request the citizens of Cedar Ce-dar City to cooperate with the local committees during the campaign cam-paign week of Augast 7th. to August Aug-ust 12th., and to furnish the suld collectors during said ierlod at least five pounds of clothing and two pairs of shoes per family.
