CITY APPROVES OPEXIXG OF STREET ON SECOND WEST I. N. Wright, Verne Cooley and Wayne Bennion, representing the property owners of South Second West street, met with the City Council at their regular meeting Thursday night, at which time they requested the City to open up a street through the new residential section which Is Just being opened up In the vicinity of Second West and Second South streets. After discussing the subject at some length, the matter was referred re-ferred to the Committee on Streets and Sidewalks and the Committee ion Water Systems with power to 'act as they saw fit. The Council also instructed Street Supervisor Charles Mosdell to grade and blade Second West street under the supervision of City Engineer Theron Ashcroft. ft
