Show BRANCH A. C. NOTES. The inter-class basket ball series began Wednesday. The first frame was played between the Sophomores and Freshmen, and was won by the Sophs, by score of 23-21. The series will continue until next Wednesday. The schedule will he as follows: Thursday Seniors vs. Freshmen. Friday Seniors vs. Juniors. Monday Juniors vs. Freshmen. Tuesday Sophomores vs. Juniors. Wednesday Freshmen vs. Seniors. The games will be pretty closely contested and the series promises to brinttforth much good material for the -QjJatfam BBSSSSSSV A "stHW vote" wax taken in chapel Tuesday ' pa the nominees for president presi-dent and jjovernor. A majority of the vi))jf.st were for Wilson, while MtowrcVpd the most votes for governor. The dance given by the College students Friday night, proved most successful. The students took the suggestion of bringing partners, with the result that few girls were without escorts. Everyone apparently had an excellent time. Magistrate's court was held Friday-afternoon Friday-afternoon for the first time this year. The number of defendants was not large, but some hotly contested debates de-bates were given during the session. |
