Mr. 0, S. Wilkinson, Cedar City, Utah. Dear Mr. Wilkinson. It is a pleasure this morning to pass on your Cedar City Chautauqua contract for I?lt, which is hereby approved and accept d. I am mighty glnd indeed that you good folk are anxious to have a Chautauqua under our management man-agement and assure you it will be a pleasure to bring you the splendid program that we are arranging for your assembly.
