Stevens, Sr., and son Carlos returned Tuesday from Salt Lake, where they wero In attendance at conference. con-ference. Mr. and Mrs. Nephl Stevens aro here, and will spend the summer on tho Stevens farm. Bishop C. E. Jones and aids arc busy visiting from house to house and holding cottage meetings. They are doing a good work. Elmer Lemming, who had tho misfortune mis-fortune to sprain his ankle badly some weeks ago, is gradually recovering, and wo were pleased to see him able to attend services last Sunday. William H. Grlmshaw is making a ten days tour through Beaver county In the interests of the Singer Sowlng- machlno company. Hyrum Jones, who met with a serious ser-ious accident some time ago, leaves today for Salt Lake City to receive surgical treatment from Dr. Middle-ton. Middle-ton. Dr. Mucfurlano will accompany him. |
