Show Notice to Water Users. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, March G, 1913. Notice is hereby given that James H. and William S. Dalley, whose post office address' is Spry, Utah, have made application applica-tion in accordance with tne requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Lawa of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate 'two hundred seventy-eight hundred thousandths (.00278) of a cubic-foot cubic-foot of water per second from gouth Spring in Buckskin Valley Wash, Iron County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears south 81 degrees 25 minutes west 1,009 feet distant of the north quarter corner of Section Sec-tion 12. Township 32 south, Range 7 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. It is the intention inten-tion of the applicants to impound, said water in a reservoir, where it will be used from March 15 to November 15, inclusive, of each year, for stock watering purposes. pur-poses. The applicants also intend in-tend to appropriate six (6) acre feet of water, which will b.e stored during the period from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, in-clusive, ot each year, in the above mentioned reservoir. The center of the impounding dam is the same as the point of diversion diver-sion above described. The water so stored will be'used in connection with the direct flow for the purpose above mentioned. mention-ed. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 4828.
