Show Proposals Wanted. Sealed proposals will be received re-ceived rat the office of M. H. Dalley & Sons Co., at Cedar City, Utah, until 8 o'clock p. m. May 8th, 1913, (and then opened) for completion of Library building according to plans and specifications at the offices of Watkins and Birch, Architects, 301 Felt Building, Salt Lake City, and M. H. Dalley & Sons Co., at Cedar City. Each proposal will be 'made out on forms furnished by the arch- ' t ,"" . -ii4L itecls 6r b'&Mayhew u, Dalley," and must be accompanied with a certified check or cash deposit Of five per cent of the amount thereof as a guarantee that the accepted bidder will enter in the contract and give an approved bond in some reliable surety company in the sum of fifty per cent of the contract price. Checks of unsuccessful bidders will be returned with rejected bids, also to successful bidders, after bond is approved and contract con-tract signed. Separate bids will be received for plumbing and heating under gravity system of heating. The time of completion of work to be agreed uponlat the letting of the contract.
