Show PLANS DEVELOPMENT WORK FOR UTAH (Jovernor Simon Bamberger of Utah has some big plans under way which will call for a new $15,000,000 railroad, the erection of sugar factories fac-tories and development of a largo area of highly fertile land. The governor has been in the east for some time and has sounded out Wall street as a the prospects for financing the proposed railroad. He says. "Papers and surveys are now being filed in Deleware for the incorporation incor-poration of the Utah & Colorado Railroad Rail-road Co. and the Utah & Colorado Development De-velopment Co. It is proposed to fi-railroad fi-railroad and 25 per cent stock in the nance the new railroad, to be 310 miles long, through an issue of 6 pet-cent pet-cent bonus in common stock of the railroad nnd 25 per cent stock in the development company. In this way the relations of the two will be closely interwoven and similarly owned. The state is not directly interested in the railroad plans.
