Brown Mortgagors : That whereas, on the 25th day of February, 1920, by their chattel mortgage of that date, which mortgage mort-gage was filed in office of Record-er Record-er for Iron County, Utah on 17th, day of June, 1920, to secure the' payment of one certain promissory note, dated February 21, 1920, in the ampunt of two thousand, seven hundred (700.00) .with interest at the rate flipper cent per annum from date, urcreby making a total amount of three thousand, ten and 20-100 ($3,010.20) dollars, W. F. Jordan and C. M. Brown, mortgagors mortgag-ors of Cedar City, Iron County, Utah, did sell, assign, set over and transfer to the Iron Commercial and Savings Bank, a corporation with its principal place of business at Cedar Gity, Iron County, Utah, mortgagee the following property described as follows, to wit: One Kleiber Automobile Truck, No. 913; one new Ford Automobile Automo-bile Truck, No. 3118285; one new Ford Automobile Truck No. 311-8286; 311-8286; one International truck No. 4024 ; one Ford touring automobile car No. unknown ; one Polo Dolly, no number; one Smith Form A Automobile Truck No. unknown. Now therefore, default having been made in the payment of the above indebtedness, the said mort-gageee mort-gageee by virtue of the power vested by said mortgage, on Friday, Fri-day, the 12th day of August, 1921, at the residence of C. M. Brown, in Cedar City, Iron County, Utah, between the hours of 12 o'clock noQn and 4 o'clock in the afternoon of said day will sell the said prop-, erty at public auction as provided j by the terms of said mortgage and i by law.
