Show MINNIE HEALY MINE ONCE MORE IN COURT i Helena, Mont., Dec. 16 The noted Minnie Healy copper mine case is again before the state supreme court in another an-other phase, this time on an application for an injunction to prevent F. vVugus-tus vVugus-tus Heinze from working the property pending a final adjudication as to the OAvnership of the mine.- Sensational affidaAits prepared by the Amalgamated Copper company interests inter-ests charge Heinze with already ha'-ing ha'-ing extraeted $400,000 worth of ore and they alleged that if Heinze is not restrained re-strained from further operations he will in a great measure exhaust the ore bodies of the Minnie Healy. The title of the suit is Miles Finlen , against Heinze et al. The court issued an order to shoAv cause, returnable , next Saturday. |
