Show PARE CITY. : Social, Personal and Religious News of the Great Camp. (Special Correspondence Intermountain Catholic.) Park City, Oct. 27. The October devotions de-votions held at St. Mary's of the Assumption As-sumption every evening during the month were well attended. The organist, or-ganist, Miss Malone, and her devoted choir are deserving of many compliments compli-ments for the beautiful singing they furnished on the Wednesday, Friday and Sunday evenings. On Saturday the feast of All Saints the masses at St. Mary's church will be celebrated at 8 and 10 o'clock. Benediction Bene-diction of the Blessed Sacrament will be given at 7 o'clock in the evening. I Mrs. William McLaughlin -received a telegram from the east la;3t Sunday acquainting her of the dea.th of her brother, Mr. James Horn. On Monday morning at 7 o'clock mas was celebrated cele-brated here for the' repose of his soul by Rev. Father Galligan. j Miss Frances Wilson is confined to her home with a severe cold. Mr. James Donovan, who came home Sick from All Hallows colle ge over two weeks ago, is improving flast and will be able to return to his studies next week. Mr. William Terry has been quite ill at his home during the past week with an attack of lead poisoning. Miss Annie Clark of Eureka is visiting visit-ing with her sister, Mrs. (Dan McPohn. Mrs. Thomas Kearns spent a day here recently visiting her mother, Mrs. S. W. Wilson. Last Sunday little Murty McPolin entertained en-tertained a number of his playmates at the home of his parents on Second street, the occasion bteing his tenth birthday. ) Mr. Ed Kelly fell and ;broke his collar bone, and to add to hie misfortune he is threatened with pneumonia. John Galligan came up from Salt Lake Saturday and returned Sunday afternoon. ' Mr. James Kelly got his leg hurt by a falling rock at the .Silver: King mine Monday and is laying off for a few days in consequence j The ladies' auxiliary threaten an entertainment en-tertainment in the inear future, the guests of honor to be he members of the A. O. H. J Mrs. J. C. Harrington spent a few days in Salt Lake City last week. Mr. Pat Holland's wife and family-came family-came up from Eureka last Thursday and are comfortably situated at their home on Lincoln avenue. The "smoker" on (Wednesday evening, gotten up by members of the A. O. H. for their own amusement, was a pleas-ant pleas-ant affair. Cards;, songs, recitations and dancing were features of the occasion, oc-casion, j - Mr. Bartley Dean arrived Monday from Ogden and will spend the winter in camp.
