Show PARK CITY. Mrs. M. J. McGill returned to the Park Tuesday morning from Salt Lake, after spending two week? pleasantly visitir.g her mother, Mrs. John McSor-lej-. Manager Kiel of the Little BeJl came up to town Tuesday morning in the interest in-terest of the mine. Wednesday morning a young man named Paul Eckerson was badly injured in-jured In the Daly-West mine by falling seventy-five feet down an incline in-cline and striking his head. Physicians were summoned and -the injured man was taken 011 top, where his injuries were dressed. Eckerson in his fall sustained sus-tained a broken nose, a fractured skull and badly cut head and face. Doctors here say that Eckerson may recover, but his chances are very slim. Reports from the Holy Cross hospital in Salt Lake on, Thursday morning say that the young man has regained consciousness con-sciousness and the prospects for his recovery are bright. -- Frank Wescott, secretary of the Keith-Kearna mine, was in. town last Wednesday. - Dan Herron returned to the Park this week after an absence of ten days in Salt Lake. f- Kendall Cunningham is back here from Bingham. 4 Jim Shields is in town again after an absence of a year. f- Miss Mulvane is in town on a visit to friends and relatives-. |
