Show I o PARK CITY. Miss Frances Wilson returned home last Sunday from the city, after a pleasant visit with her sister, Mrs. Thomas Kearns. Mr. and Mrs. M. J. McGill and their mother, Mrs. John McSorley, were passengers from Salt Lake last Sunday morning. Mrs. Annie Conlon spent last week in the city visiting her sister, Mrs. Thomas Kearns. Lawrence Malone returned from the metropolis Tuesday morning Sisters Alacoque and Amelia of St. Mary's academy, Salt Lake, came up Tuesday to attend the closing exercises exer-cises of St. Mary's schooj. Mrs. Joseph Murphy and son are visiting with Mrs. M. Condon.. Miss Julia Holland is visiting her uncle, Mr. Dan Harrington, in the city. Rev. Fathers Guinan, Murphy, Dry er aiiu naramg were guests oi nev. Father Galligan during their stay in our city. Peter Clark, president of the A. O. H.. Peter Farnon and Will Donovan, members of said society, were assisted in doing the honors at the Dewey theater Tuesday evening by Mr. Patrick Pat-rick Tallon, Henry Cross'man and J. D. Harrington. Mrs. John McSorley came up from the metropolis to attend the closing exercises at St. Mary's school, which were held in the Dewey theater, Tuesday Tues-day evening. Rev. Father Murphy, vice-president of All Hallows college, attended the closing exercises of St. Mary's school Tuesday evening. Rev. Father .Harding of New Orleans, Or-leans, La., was present at the closing exercises of St. Mary's school, Tuesday Tues-day evening. Rev. Father Dryer of All Hallows college came up from the city Tuesday day morning to attend the closing exercises ex-ercises of St. Mary's school, and is remaining over for a few days , th guest of Rev. Father Galligan. Rev. Father Guinan, president of All Hallows college, came up Tues-dav Tues-dav morning to be present at the closing exercises of St. Mary's school. Mr. M. C. Harrington came up from the city Wednesday morning and returned re-turned the afternoon of the same day. Mrs. Dan Sullivan and children came up from the city last Sunday morning. John D. Harrington, who has been pursuing his studies during the pastl two years at isotre Dame university, reached here Friday, and will spend his vacation with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. C. Harrington. The Sisters of St. Mary's, this place, left for St. Mary's academy, Salt Lake, Thursday, where they expect to spend the summer months. Clarence Carty is spending this week in the countiy with his friend, Ambrose Murphy. Ed Malia left for Oregon Tuesday afternoon. Denis Hanley, who got his leg broken at the Alliance tunnel last Friday, Fri-day, is getting along nicely at Holy Cross hospital. Dan C. Harrington moved to the metropolis me-tropolis this week, to be with his family fam-ily and engage in business there. Harry Malone spent a few davs in Salt Lake last week. Patrick Lyons went to Ogden Hot Springs Wednesday, to rest up till after the Fourth of July. |
