OCR Text	Show ASKS M'KIXLEY'S PURPOSE. Representative King Introduces a Cuban Cu-ban Resolution." Washington, May 30. Representative King of Utah today introduced a joint resolution directing the president to issue a proclamation declaring the purpose of the United States toward Cuba and its inhabitants and to leave the government of Cuba to its people. A constitutional convention is provided for to be held at Havana in July next for the formation of an organic act. after which the resolution provides for the entire en-tire withdrawal of the United States military mil-itary forces and the termination of the authority of the United States. v
