Show CATHEDRAL NOTES. f Services wore held at the Utah State i penitentiary last Sunday. Rev. The latest large donation for the new cathedral is from Timothy Kinney, the wealthy and generous sheepman of j Wyoming. ! f , The St. Ann's Sewing society has dis continued its work for the summer months. 4 Work, on. Uae cathedral is progressing; I rapidly. The stone steps will shortly be placed in position. The young ladies and the little folks of the Junior choir are rendering the music at the 9 and 11 o'clock masses on Sunday. Members of the congregation congrega-tion speak highly of the good work done by the young people, and the many kindly things said encourage them greatly. f Miss Mary Jenkinscn, Miss Mabel Stephens and Miss Julia Stephens have recently joined the Junior choir. |
