Show BUTTE, MONT. j Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Dwyer entertained a number of friends Monday evening in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Cro-nin, Cro-nin, who recently arrived from Michigan, Michi-gan, and who intend to make their home in Butte. Michael Lowney, who died at a local hospital Sunday evening from injuries received some days ago In the Leonard mine, was one of the most popular young miners in Butte. He was 35 years of age, and had worked here for twenty twen-ty years. He is survived by two brothers, broth-ers, John of Butte, and Dennis of Park City, Mont., and four sisters, Mrs. James Collins, Mrs. John Harrington, Mrs. Jerry Murphy and Mrs. Patrick McM-Phillips, McM-Phillips, all of this city. His mother and another brother live in Ireland. James H. Lynch, aged 39 years, died the first of the week at the family home, 10 Bennett street. Mr. Ly.ich was a native of Michigan, and had been a resident res-ident of Butte for 2S years. He was one of the best known miners In the district, as he had worked underground since boyhood. He is survived by his father, Denis Lynch, and two brothers, George and Thomas Lynch, all of this city. |
