Show PARK CITY. H. J. Sullivan was down at the capital capi-tal last Monday. on business. A pretty but very quiet wedding took Place last Saturday evening at the residence res-idence of Mrs. Cunnington, when her ' ( daughter. Miss Lulu, was united in marriage with Mr. Matthew Leahy. Rev. Father Galligan officiated. The best wishes of many friends follow the young couple in their new life. Mr. and Mrs. L. Drake of Salt Lake are spending a few days in the Park, the guests of their daughter, Mrs. C. P. Shields. , - Mrs. Lem Learu left Saturday for Payette, Ida., where she will make her home In the future. j The ladies of the Altar society of St. Mary's church held a meeting Sunday for the purpose of making arrangements arrange-ments for Easter. Mass was celebrated in St. Mary s church at 9 o'clock St. Patrick's day. Rev. Father Galligan delivered an appropriate ap-propriate sermon on the life and works of St. Patrick. St. Patrick's day was celebrated by the A. O. H. at the Dewey theatre with agrand ball and matinee in the afternoon. Four hundred children attended at-tended the matinee and over 500 people tripped the light fantastic in the evening. even-ing. Altogether it was a social and financial success. |
