Show UTAH FUEL COMPANY. One of Utah's largest and most com-mer.dnbie com-mer.dnbie industries as well as a most necessary one is the Utah Fuel company. com-pany. Much of the vast quantity of coal consumed in this state and a large percentage of that marketed in other states in the intermountain region is furnished by the Utah Fuel company, which operates coal mines in four camps in Utah. The coal mined by this company, which is of exceptionally fine quality, nvj'.ts with great favor wherever wher-ever it is ued. Castle Gate coal is especially a favorite among those who deFire the best. ' In tlje mines at Winter Quarters. Castle Gate, Clear Creek,-' Sunnyside. and in Sonimerset. Colo., 1.951 men have been employed daily during 'the year. The average monthly payroll j jjf. the company since January of this year has been $152,213.47, while nearly I.OOO.OOO tons? of coal has been mined. The Utah Fuel company are also large, producers of coke.
