Show A DAINTY CUP PUDDING. Butter well and dust inside with sugar about six small cups or plain moulds, fill three-quarters full withtltt following mixture: Three ounces bread crumbs soaked in half pint of boiling milk; two ounces of ground rice; two ounces of caster sugar; salt; two ounces of filberts or other nuts, blanched and grated through a wire sieve, and two eggs well beaten. Mix all thoroughly and bake in a brisk oven for thirtr minutes. Serve hot with custard or j lemon sauce. , |
