Show ANNUAL BANQUET OF ALL HALLOWS ALUMNI The All Hallog s Alumi association held its annual banquet at the college Sunday afternoon. The banquet was well attended. Hon. Charles P. Nevin, recently elected mayor of Butte, a member of the class of '99. and Rev. Thomas J. Wolohan, a member of the closs of '01, were among those present. An elaborate menu was served and toasts were responded to by several of the members. Charles A. Maguire of Ogden was toastmaster and performed the duties of that position very cleverly. clever-ly. Short speeches were made by the following: fol-lowing: Rev. Thomas S. Canning, Dan Shields, A. J. Bruneau, Charles Panne-tier, Panne-tier, Rhynold Thill, John Galligan, Hon. Charles P. Nevin, Norman Kane, Rev. Thomas J. Wolohan, Rev. Theodore Theo-dore Roser. Bernard Quinn. "John F. Tobin and Very Rev. J. J. Guinan. The faculty quartette sang two songs, which were heartily appreciated. Morean Ka- vanagh. president of the graduating clas. spoke on be!ialf of the graduates. After the banquet a business meeting was held, at which the following officers of-ficers were elected for the ensuing year: Charles A. Maguire, president: Charles P. Nevin. vice president: Norman Nor-man Kane, secretary; Charles Panne-tier, Panne-tier, treasurer; Rev. Thomas S. Canning, Can-ning, historian. |
