Show JOE HALL STRUCK BY AUTO TUESDAY Joseph Hall, 71. was painfully injured and is suffering from shock at the Preston, hospital as a result of an accident Tuesday afternoon when he was struck by an automobile automo-bile driven by Rasmus Rasrnussen, Preston. Hall was struck on the corner of Second West on Oneida street by the Rasrnussen car as it apparently apparent-ly failed to make the turn traveling west about 4 p. m. Mr. Rasrnussen was taken into custody and released re-leased after being booked on an open charge, according to Chief of Police Frank Merrill. Investigating Investi-gating officer was Leo Beckstead. The accident was witnessed by a local youth who reported it to the police and assisted in getting Mr. Hall to the hospital. He was reported re-ported to be suffering from shock, a concussion and cuts, and bruises. |
