Show WINDER I - WIXDKU Mr. and Mrs. Marion Winn and family of Idaho Falls and i .Mrs. Dan Barney, spent several ! days last week at the home of Mr. I and Mrs. M. H. Winn. They came to attendthe funeral of Mrs. Manning Man-ning of Preston. Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Palmer and family of Logan spent the weekend week-end with friends and relatives here. Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Durrant of Idaho Falls returned home Monday after spending a few days with friends and relatives here. I A primary officers' party was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Palmer. Games were played and lunch was 'served to 23 guests. Miss Ardell Taylor was chosen queen of the Cold and Green Ball last Tuesday evening by a popular vote. A Character Ball was held Friday Fri-day evening. A very large crowd at- tended. Those receiving prizes were Ined Taylor and Dorothy Talbot who were dressed as Hawaiian maidens. Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Wells who were dressed as a Spanish Span-ish couple. Other prizes went to Wm Swainston Green Welles Al- Tred Kofoed, Dale Talbot, Leon Welles, Roberta Martin, Imogene Bright and Zilla Winger. Several officers attended the M.I.A. leadership meeting Thursday Thurs-day evening. Mr. and Mrs. James Taylor and family were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Holmes. Leo and Alma Winn spent the week-end in Salt Lake on business. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Winn were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Heber Winn Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. John Millington and Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Bennett 1 Were guests of Mr. and Mrs. M. A. Winn Wednesday. A sociali will be held Friday evening. eve-ning. ' Mr. and Mrs. DeVon Warrick, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Rasmussen were business visitors in Grace, Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Warrick were in. Salt Lake on business Monday. |
