Show FISH AND GAME HEADS PLEDGE DEFENSE SERVICE In the interests of national defense de-fense the complete personnel and equipment of the Idaho Fish and Game Department has been placed at the disposal of Governor Chase l A. Clark and the State's Defense Council, State Game Director Owen W. Morris said today. The following letter was delivered deliver-ed to the Governor's office; "In considering plans for all-out defense in our State, please know the personnel and equipment of the Idattio Fish and Game Department and Commission is at your disposal. The Department's Conservation Officers Of-ficers are all trained in law enforcement en-forcement and are familiar with every nook and corner of the State In most cases these Officers are equipped with trucks and equipment equip-ment for outdoor vigilance. If they can be of service in any community communi-ty or county in the State please call upon them". Thirty-three of the Conservation Officers are equipped with half-ton pickup trucks. Other automotive equipment is located at fish hatcheries hatch-eries and game farms. O- n |
