Montague, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Mendenball, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Anderson Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Adams, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Al-fred Hansen, Mr. and Mrs. George Hogan, Miss Pauline Morrow, Mary i L. Cooper, Mr. and Mrs. Trent Baker, Mr. and Mrs. R. C. lyson. Following the dinner, Coach Phillips Phil-lips directed the group in various games. The Thatcher high school presents pre-sents its annual play "Romance In A Boarding House," Saturday, December De-cember 20 in the high school gym. 'Everyone is invited to attend and I enjoy our home talent in this four act comedy. Our NYA program has been functioning nicely, but it now stands a chance of being drastically drastic-ally cut. Students now that are gaining work experience inixmgh NYA are: Wanda Larson, clerical and library; Phyllis Sant, clerical and home economics and Kieth Neilson in general work. Miss Margaret McGregor registered, foi library work for out of school stu dents. There is a possibility thai this project may not nave siuu-cient siuu-cient funds to continue according i to our district NWA representative, representa-tive, w.lio visited after Miss McGregor Mc-Gregor had registered. T'.ie basketball team will journey jour-ney to Georgetown for the second r..eeting of the two teams this year. Thatcher defeated Georgetown George-town last Friday. They! have now won two games and lost one of the season's games so far. |
