Show Mrs. L. L. Hatch Family Hold Reunion Here Marking the 85th milestone in the life of Annie S. Hatch, widow of Lorenzo L. Hatch and early pioneer of Cache Valley a family reunion was held at the Girls camp in Logan canyon on Monday. Mon-day. Mrs. Hatch was born in iLeeds, England, June 1 1, 1853 'and camje to Utah in 1861. Two years later she moved to Franklin, Idaho where she resided until the death of Mr. Hatch in 1921. She has been living in Salt Lake City since that time working; in the temple and doing research work in the Genealogical library. All members of her family were present pre-sent except L. F. Hatch of Washington Wash-ington D. C. A sumptuous dinner was served. Mrs. Hatch is reported to be in good health. She has Hved a well rounded out life. She is the mother mo-ther of ten children nine of whom are still living. - ' Mrs. Hatch has the distinction of being one of the first to operate oper-ate telegraph in Cache Valley and for a number of years the j office was in her Home. Service above self has been the keynote of the life of Mrs. Hatch. Among those present were Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Gayman Preston; Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Taylor, Wil-!lard; Wil-!lard; Mr. and Mrs. B. N. Robinson, I Mrs. Unita Hatch, Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Hatch, Provo; Mrs. S. Wv. Parkinson, !Mr. and I Mrs. H. J. Hatch, Mr. and Mrs. ID. P. Woodland, Logan; 15 grand I children and 5 great grand children. child-ren. Mrs. Hatch will remain in Lo-!gan Lo-!gan visiting with her- children for I a week or so. I |
