Notice is hereby given that the Richmond Irrigation Company, Richmond, Utah, has made Application, Appli-cation, in accordance with the laws ot Utah, to appropriate 1 sec. ft of underground water in Cache County, Utah. Said water will be pumped from April 1 to October 15, inclusive, of each year from a 12 -in. well, 146 ft deep, located at a point W. 1665 ft and N. 1114 ft from the SE Cor. Sec. 34, T. 14 N., R. 1 E., SLB&M. The water will be conveyed by a 10-in. ste'M pipe a distance of 754 ft. to i canal, by which it will be distributed, dis-tributed, and, bj exchange with other water owned by the applicant, appli-cant, applied equally to 10,000 acres of land, located in parts of Sees. 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, and 11, T. 13 N., R. 1 E., and parts of Sees. 13, 14, 15, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36, T. 14 N., R. 1 E., SLB&M. This Application is designated in the office of the State Engineer as No. 12652. All protests resisting resist-ing the granting of said Application, Applica-tion, with reasons therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H.
