Show STAKE MUTUALS COMPETE WITH ONE-ACT PLAYLETS The three one-act plays staged by the M. I. A. of the Mayfield. Hamil-I Hamil-I ton and Fayette wards Monday and Tuesday evenings, proved Interesting and entertaining, and resulted in much merriment and pleasure for those participating par-ticipating and those attending. It. hud been planned to have all the wards in the Gunnison stake take part in the plays, but only the three mentioned above took part. Young men and young women of the Hamilton, Mayfield and Fayette wards, through the little plays presented, pre-sented, gained a volume of knowledge in the art of acting and the educational educa-tional part was a -feature. Mayfield's playlet1 was entitled "The Soul Mate." Members of the Mutual of the Hamilton ward staged 'Mix Well and Stir," while "'Birds of a Feather" was the title of the play put on by Fayette.. All performances were well attended attend-ed and the public thoroughly enjoyed the novelty. |
