Show Major Rehabilitation Program Places Rio Grande With Best President J. S. Pyealt of the Denver Den-ver & Rio Grande Western Railroad Saturday made the following statement state-ment concerning the 1930 budget and completion of five years of rebuilding: "Starting in 3 925, the Denver & Rio Grande Western Rairoad undertook under-took a program of improvement lo its physical properties calculated to bring about maximum efficiency in its operation and to serve the public mere adequately.
