Show i Women's Study Club NamesDateforRally A group of ladies, working f o the democratic party in a tour through-' out Sou, hern Utah, will be guests of, the Gunnison Women's Democratic Study club at a meeting to be held i at the City hall tomorrow, Friday, ; morning at 10:30 o'clock, according to 1 Mrs. Ira Overfelt, head of the local s'.udy club. Ladies of Cento rfield, cooperating co-operating w-ith the Gunnison club, ' will attend in a mass and an inter- j esting program has been arranged. ; While the rally is being sponsored by the women's organizations of Gunnison Gunni-son and Centerfield, the public in ; general, including men and women,) irrespective of party affiliations, will j be welcomed, Mrs. Overfelt an-1 nounced. ' Mrs. -W. II. Gore of Cenola, Utah, widely known in political circles of the state, is with the group and she is scheduled to make the main ad-, dress at Friday's meeting. Other members of the group are Mrs. James I H. Wolfe, vice-chairman of the state democratic committee, and Mrs.' Frank L. Hunt of Salt Lake. Mrs., Hunt is in charge of entertainments given at the various rallies while on the state tour. 1 |
