Show Misses Julia and Helen Hagan and Lois and Helen' Over felt, students at Wasatch . academy, Mt. Pleasant, returned re-turned to their school studies Tuesday. Tues-day. They spent the holiday season with their parents, in this city. ' -' '. Mr. and Mrs. Parley Christianson are leaving for Logan this week to remain for the winter. They will, be with their son, who is' instructor in the college there. . Mrs. Wm. A. Chatwin and her daughter, Jewel Chatwin, returned to their home at , Santaquin Tuesday. They -spent a week here, at the home, of Mrs. Hannah Jepson, mother to Mrs. Chatwin. - Miss Roberta Childs is spending the holiday season with her sister, Mrs. Lee Isaacson, at Garland. Before Be-fore returning Miss Childs will visit with friends at Salt Lake and Ogden. ' Miss Virginia Bardsley, a student at the University of Utah, returned to her work at the college Wednesday Wednes-day morning. Miss Bardsley is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph .Bardsley and ' she spent her holiday vacation with her parents. j Mrs. Jennie Mansfield entertained I for the teachers of the Gunnison ward. Andrews of Salina was the guest at the home of Mr. and Mrs. F'letcher Peterson Monday and Tuesday of this week. Mr. and Mrs. Royal Buchanan Dorothy Buchanan and Reuben Buch-. anan, motored to Salina Monday evening for a brief visit. Mr. and Mrs. Yayne Lundeberg and sou, Wayne Lundeberg Jri, spent Christmas with Mrs. C. O. Lundeberg. Lunde-berg. They returned to their home at Salt Lake last week-end. Mr. and Sirs. M. L. Jensen returned return-ed to their home at Salt Lake Friday, after being holiday guests at the home cf Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Pierce. Miss Ida Childs came in from Idaho Falls last Friday,- and is spending a brief vacation with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford H. Childs. Miss Childs is holding a splendid position with the Mt. States Telephone company com-pany at the Idaho metropolis. 1 Miss Helen Swain, who spent the holidays with her brother, George Swain at Salina, was the guest Friday Fri-day and Saturday at the C. H. Child home in this city. Misses Ovila and Beryl Bown -have returned to Logan where they are attending the A. C. They spent the holiday season with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Bown in this city. Mr. and Mis. Howard Norman were host and hostess at a well appointecl' New Year's dinner party at their home Sunday ''evening. Covers were laid for twelve. Mrs. Martin Peterson left Friday for Stockton, California, where she expects to remain two months or more. She will be the guest at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Freeland Jensen. Jen-sen. Mr. and Mrs. Freeland -Jensen, who visited with relatives and friends; in Gunnison and Centerfield for several weeks, returned to their home at Stockton, California last Friday. Jas. C.
