' j Mr. and Mrs. S. S. Barton, and : son, Kent, have returned to their home at Ogden after spending the holidays with relatives here. Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Funk came down from Salt Lake and are visit- j ing with friends and relatives in ; Centerfield and Sterling while on their vacation. j Henry Simonsen, who is employed ! at Salt Lake, is among the holiday j vacationists visiting here. Mr. Sim- 1 onsen is with his family. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Jensen and Miss Fay Beck were among the many holiday hol-iday visitors from Salt Lake, visiting visit-ing relatives in Centerfield. Mr. and Mrs. Chas. H. Embley, accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. S. S. j Barton and Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Funk, spent last Friday at Ephraim. ! as the house guests at the home of j Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Willarson. The! Willardsons entertained at an elaborate elab-orate dinner party. Sidney Fjeldsted has returned from Provo, where he had spent a ! week visiting with relatives. 1 j N. P. Sorenson of Provo is spend-j spend-j ing a few days in Centerfield and Axtell visiting with his children. He i came from the Garden City to attend the funeral of S. M. Duggins. Mrs. Soren Anderson was a delightful de-lightful hostess Tuesday night at her home in Centerfield, when she entertained enter-tained complimentary to her daughter, daugh-ter, Miss Edna Anderson, it being the letter's birthday anniversary. The feature of the evening was the splendid splen-did dinner served at eight o'clock, covers being laid for twenty-three guests. Following dinner games, music and other enjoyable features occupied the time until a late hour. Miss Anderson was the recipient of many beautiful gifts as a remeVnb-rance remeVnb-rance of the occasion. Mrs. Elton Sorenson celebrated : her birthday anniversary Saturday ; evening, when she entertained for 1 thirty-two guests.
