Show i l GUNNISON VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL I I NOTES I ! F. F. A. Assembly. The boys proved last Friday that they can act and look like girls very capably, when the F. F. A. club put on the assembly program. The program pro-gram wras a very laughable one when some fifteen Ag. boys dressed as movie stors and presented themselves them-selves on the stage in a very feminine femi-nine style, which was enjoyed by the student body. Cafeteria Booming. Every noon hour the students form a line to get their soup, which can be bought for 10c a week. The hot dish is prepared through a project pro-ject of the PWA. Bulldogs to Play. , Tonight, Thursday, the Bulldogs from the Gunnison Valley high school will match their wits with the boys from the Mayfield CCC camp in two practice basketball games. With the Bulldogs yet to taste their first victory and with steady practices prac-tices held this week, some great improvement im-provement is assured and victory is looked forward to tonight. Opera Progressing. Practicing for the opera, "The Golden Trail," is well under way, with rehearsals every night. An orchestra or-chestra for this occasion is also practicing prac-ticing consistently. |
