Show i TWO GUNNISON STUDENTS CHOSEN CARNIVAL QUEENS i ! Miss Irene Allmendinger of Gun-j Gun-j nison, and Miss Maxine Sanders of j Spearmint, students at Wasatch acad-! acad-! emy, have been signally honored by j being named as queens at the acad-lemy's acad-lemy's spring carnival, set for the af-! af-! ternoon and evening of Monday, I April 3rd. Miss Allmendinger will represent the seniors, while Miss Sanders San-ders will act as ladyship for the I freshmen. Other classes represented by queens will be the juniors by Miss Mildred Reynolds of Castlegate, and I the sophomores by Hilton Madsen of Mt. Pleasant. . Characteristic of the carnivals given giv-en in the past, the 1933 event promises prom-ises to be exceptional, as elaborate plans are being made by the general committee, consisting of Geo. Diu-menti, Diu-menti, general chairman, Walter Eggleston and Coach Brunger. One of the big features of the carnival , will be the parade Monday afternoon. |
