Show Club Contests To Be Held at Logan Final state 4-H club exhibits and demonstrations will be held at the Utah State Agricultural college September Sep-tember 18, 19 and 20, according to D. P. Murray, state club leader. In past years these events have been part of the state fair program, but inasmuch as there will be no fair this year the 4-H club entries will be sent to Logan to compete. Owing to the limited housing facilities at the college col-lege only eight delegates from each county will be accomodated during the contest period, Mr. Murray said. Contests will -be held for the 4-H club members in livestock, home economics, eco-nomics, forestry, poultry and crops judging; health, and demonstrations of desired practices in agriculture and home economics by teams chosen from their respective counties. In addition, a style dress revue will be held in which costumes made by the entries will be exhibited with the owners as models. Livestock used in the fitting and showmanship contests, including all classes, will be furnished by the college. col-lege. Entries in the livestock events are requested to bring their own halters hal-ters and brushes. Periods have been designated each day for recreation and entertainment j and those in charge are arranging to make the visitors from 25 counties of the state happy and contented while participating in the club finale of the season.
