Show Oswell Beck and daughter Reva, spent the week end at Eureka, Draper and Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Orvil Watts and Mr. and Mrs. J. Clayton Watts, attended the funeral services for their grandfather, grand-father, Joseph S. Dame, Sunday, at Meadows. J. Clayton Watts and family will leave Centerfield Friday. A short visit vis-it will be made at Ephraim and Kan-osh, Kan-osh, after which Mr. Watts will attend at-tend summer school at the B. Y. U. Joseph J. Mellor of Caldwell, Idaho, is visiting friends and relatives in Centerfield this week. Miss Ruth Jensen of Provo, is vis-it'ng vis-it'ng her parents Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Jensen this week. Mrs. C. P. Jensen entertained the Bonne Foi club Wednesday afternoon. A very dainty luncheon was served the members. L. C. Munk and family, wore at I Mnnti visiting relatives Sunday. i i CENTERFIELD I NEWS ITEMS I i i Miss Erma Anderson of Ogden, visited vis-ited at Chas. H. Embley's home the latter part of the week. Mrs. John N. Christensen and family, fam-ily, visited with Mr. Christensen at Dividend Friday. Mrs. Soren 'Anderson and son, Al-fonzo, Al-fonzo, returned to Centerfield Sunday after a seven weeks stay in Salt Lake City. i ! Niels Mortensen of Salt Lake was : a visitor at the L. C. Munk home Fri- day. Don Kump of Provo, was a Center-field Center-field visitor Sunday. Miss Verl Buchanan left Thursday for Bryce Canyon where she will be employed during the summer months. Mrs. Don Kump and small son are visiting with Mrs. Kump's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Rosenburg for a couple of weeks. Delos Rosenburg, Merriel Hansen and Don and Leonard Buchanan motored mo-tored to Grand canyon Thursday. James Peterson visited at Levan Thursday. Mrs. Andrew Thompson of Ephraim, Anthony Turley and Mr. and Mrs. E.'. C. Turley and daughter of Roosevelt, were guests at the J. C. Watts home Sunday. After a short visit the Tur-loy's Tur-loy's will leave for Santa Barbara, Calif. Mrs. George H. Anderson of Eureka, Eu-reka, visited with her father, Oswell Beck, last week. |
