The Union Pacific Fly. company and the Pacific Express company have at last ended their 2u-year lolla-gNgging at the Brigbam station and have finally cried "quits." Hereafter, the business of the two companies will be run separately, each employing its own men. We are pU ast-d to see that Henry N. Bowriug, son of H. E. Bowriug, a competent young man well known here, has been secured by the express ex-press companv as their agent. Mr. Bo wring will resign his position as telegraph operator at the depot to accept this. Fr the present, the express Company will conduct its ! hiiMiiess as usual at the station; but the people will soon bestow some powerful "kicks" on the opulent opu-lent physique of the company to nave t!it otiioe moved up town, that j e may also have free delivery. |
