Show A FEARFUL FALL A Lad Drops Into a 30-Feot Well IVltb Serious Results. When Little Miss Wllitwortb, daughter of Geo. Wbitworth of Call's Fort, stepped out of her home last Saturday afternoon; she was horrified at hearing mufHcd groans and shrieks issuing from the deep well near the house. Darting to the opening, which is boarded up about two feet from the ground, she gazed down into the darkness below. There she saw her eleven-years-old brother, yelling and crying and floundering around in the water like a wild beast. He had been knocked crazy by the fall. An older brother was lowered into the well; a rope was tied round the poor lad, and directly lie was drawn out more dead than alive.
