Show French Fliers Plan New Conquests Paris Now that Colonel Charles A. Lindbergh is on his way home and the first excitement over the New York to Berlin flight has subsided, French aviators are resuming preparations prepara-tions for their own attempts to fly from Paris to New York. M. Drouhln, the noted long distance flier, began testa of his big two motored plane which will carry a navigator and radio ra-dio operator. Prior to a Paris-New York jump, how-ever, he hopes to recapture re-capture the continuous flight time record rec-ord which he lost recently to Clarence D. Chamberlin, who remained in the air more than fifty-one hours in the same plane with which he made the New York-Germany hop. |
