Show EOLER IS NO MORE. He Took IIIn own Life or w Slain 1y llic Wrnth of Heaven. Edlcr is dead. The ravisher of little Rebecca Walters, of Willard. is no more. Last week the body of an unknown un-known man was discovered in a slough south of the Hot Springs. No marks of violence were found on the corpse. The cause of death is yet a mystery. When the Ogden Standard received last week's Bpcijck containing an account of the Willard aibiir, they placed the coincidences together, inferring that the dead unknown was the much-sought Edlcr. A Standard reporter was dispatched to Willard and a comparison of obtained facts, found that their surmises were undoubtedly un-doubtedly true. In age. height, weight, complexion and the loathsome loath-some disease, of which Edler talked freely while at Willard, the corpse tallied to a nicety with the description descrip-tion given of Edicr. He must have repented of his inhuman crime, and spurred on by the tortures of disease, dis-ease, taken his own life. i |
