Show UNIVERSITY CF UTAH PLANS ANNUAL KEUMIOrJ A call for former stu lerits to return re-turn to the University of Utr.h ca'ii-pus ca'ii-pus to the various class reunions during commencement week in June, is being' issued by the Utah Alumni association. Reunions of the classes class-es of every fifth year from 18TJ to 192G will be conducted from 'June 5 to 8. and graduation exercises for this year's class will bu held en the following day. Last year the Utr.h Alumni board of control adopted a five year reunion re-union plan. ( This means that each spring reurjions will be held by the classes of favt years previous as well as that of ten years ago, and so on as far back as the first g-adu-.ition class ef tlio- original "University of Deseret." The fiftieth anniversary of the class of 1S7G as well as 'reunions of ten other classes will be held this year. Among these will bo a special meeting of the class of 11105 which met last year and decided to convene again in 192G. Twenty-three living-graduates living-graduates of the class of 1876 are now scattered throughout several ! states of the Union and an effort is being made to have as many of them as possible attend their golden anniversary. The class 'reunions are held i the form of informal gatherings where r the former students get together and " talk over old times, including personal per-sonal happenings of interest during and since leaving school. |
